Gestev is a company that specializes in creating and managing concepts for events and shows. Over the years, Gestev has raised the bar for event organization and production standards and taken venue management to new heights.
Québecor acquired the company and created a new Sports and Entertainment division for Gestev to add its signature flair to a vast array of events and shows as well as the Quebec Remparts and Blainville Armada hockey teams and the Vidéotron Centre. The new structure has enabled Gestev to lead the way for music and entertainment and experiential marketing in Quebec and beyond.
as well as being a major event producer for happenings like the Cigale and Igloofest Quebec festivals and the Je Cours Qc series of running events, plays a prominent role in show business and entertainment tours. Gestev both produces and promotes the shows and manages the venues at the Vidéotron Centre, the Théâtre Capitole, the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal, the Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy and the Baie de Beauport in the Port of Quebec.

Our roots - More than 30 years of event management
Created in 2003, Vélirium was an international mountain bike festival that has provided the forum for the UCI World Cup, as well as a multitude of amateur races and sporting and cultural events for the whole family.
The Jamboree was an iconic snowboard festival who rolled out the red carpet every year between 2005 and 2019 for the FIS Snowboard World Cup. Sanctioned by Canada Snowboard, Freestyle Canada, the Quebec Snowboard Association and Ski Acro Québec, the Jamboree presented the FIS Snowboard and Freestyle Ski World Cup Finals in 2018.
A combination of hockey, boardercross, and downhill skiing, Red Bull Crashed Ice sets a thrilling stage for intrepid male and female amateur and pro hockey players from around the globe. For several years, Gestev organized editions presented in Quebec City, Ottawa, Niagara and Edmonton.
Since 2017, Je Cours Qc's mission has been to raise the profile of running in Quebec City through amateur events that attract thousands of runners and walkers from here and abroad. In addition to rolling general public running events, the Je Cours Qc team works hard to develop the sport and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits among running enthusiasts of all ages.
