Every week, Pierre Brochant (Normand D'Amour) and his friends organize a dinner where each person must bring along a fool. The one who brings the most spectacular fool is declared the winner. Tonight, Brochant is ecstatic because he has found a rare gem, a world-class fool named François Pignon (Laurent Paquin), a civil servant at the Ministry of Finance who is passionate about matchstick models. What he doesn't know is that Pignon is a master at causing disasters.

Presented by Monarque in collaboration with Gestev, directed by André Robitaille, and written by Francis Veber, recipient of the "César" award for Best Original Screenplay for this play, The Dinner Game brings together a stellar cast including Laurent Paquin, Normand D'Amour, René Simard, Pascale Montreuil, Gabrielle Fontaine (temporarily replaced by Isabelle Giroux) and another actor. The Dinner Game, a modern classic of comedy, has charmed thousands of people around the world onstage. It's a play to see and see again!
